Trinity Academy Whitehill is a vibrant primary school that proudly joined the Trinity Multi Academy Trust in January 2024. With a dedicated and talented team, we are committed to placing our academy at the heart of the community while delivering an exceptional, world‑class education for every pupil.
Established in September 2025, Evergreen is more than a name – it represents a commitment to a fresh, forward‑thinking approach to education. Our enhanced provision removes barriers to learning, nurtures confidence, and celebrates every child’s individuality. Led by a team of extraordinary professionals, Evergreen ensures that each learner receives the tailored support they need to thrive and reach their full potential.
Due to its success, Evergreen is expanding, and we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join our provision. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs through a highly personalised, trauma‑informed and nurturing approach.
You will play a key role in creating a calm, safe and consistent environment where children feel understood, valued and ready to engage with learning. Through your experience, and by building strong, trusting relationships and adapting learning to meet individual emotional and behavioural needs, you will help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and independence. This is a rare opportunity to make a profound impact – supporting children not just academically, but in discovering their strengths and believing in their potential.
This position is open to MPR/ UPR teachers and includes an SEN allowance of up to £5,000, determined by the experience of the successful candidate.
What can we offer you?- Full support from a dedicated team of senior leaders
- A commitment to your ongoing professional development with SEND specific CPD
- A range of staff benefits, including free counselling service, Cycle to Work Scheme, Electric Car Scheme, reduced‑cost health cover and access to the local government pension scheme.
We are incredibly excited about this development, and if you share our passion for creating exceptional opportunities for children, we would love to work with you.
Coming to meet our children and see our school in action is a must! This will also give you the opportunity to meet with our Assistant Principal & Evergreen Lead, Hayley Gec. For school visits, we can be flexible to days and times to suit the availability of candidates up until the closing date.
If you would like to arrange a visit or require any further information, please contact Sophie Palka . We look forward to hearing from you.
