Employability Tutor

We are looking for an Employability Tutor to join our team.

• Create and deliver Accredited Employability and Customer Service courses aligned with our vision for career development, maintaining a minimum 90% engagement rate.
• Provide consistent support to individuals, enabling them to feel more confident as they navigate their employment journey.
• Collaborate closely with employers to prepare candidates for relevant vacancies, equipping them with qualifications, skills, and all‑around support.
• Maintain high engagement rates by delivering interactive, impactful training sessions.
• Ensure participants are well‑prepared for employment opportunities, providing necessary skills and confidence.
• Work closely with employers to understand their needs and tailor training programmes accordingly.
• Stay updated on best practices in employability training and continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

• Recognised tutor qualification.
• Proven expertise in delivering accredited Employability and Customer Service courses with a track record of contributing to career development.
• Ability to identify and support individual learning needs.
• Experience working with students with additional learning needs.
• Experience in remote delivery and teaching in virtual learning environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Empathetic and demonstrates understanding towards learners.
• Commercially aware, understands contractual requirements and adapts teaching approaches.
• Proficient in using technology for course delivery and learner engagement.
