Educators Wales is seeking an Engagement Coach to facilitate sessions at the Ystrad Mynach and Nantgarw Campus. This part-time, term-time position (29.5 hours per week) starts in September 2026. You will support learners, promote engagement, and conduct literacy and numeracy assessments.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and approachable, committed to fostering learner confidence and success. Pre-employment checks and registration with the Education Workforce Council are mandatory for this role.
