The Borough of Brent is seeking a committed Behaviour Specialist to support schools in promoting positive behaviour and inclusion for children. This 36-month fixed-term role offers a salary range of £40,182 - £42,060, with the opportunity to work across various locations, including the Brent Civic Centre.
As a Behaviour Specialist, you will manage a caseload, providing one-on-one mentoring and working closely with multi-agency partners. The role encourages flexible working and offers excellent benefits, including up to 33 days annual leave and a strong pension scheme.
