Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) Up to 72,000 + Car Allowance + Strong Pension Contribution

If you're a Quantity Surveyor who likes taking ownership of the full commercial process rather than being stuck handling one small part of a big project, this one's worth a look.

I'm working with a Tier 1 rail contractor that's after someone to manage a portfolio of projects across the North West, worth around 10m in total. Rather than being boxed into one area, you'll take responsibility from start to finish - procurement, cost management, change control, CVRs, the lot.

It's a role that'll suit someone who likes variety, accountability, and a bit of trust to just get on and do a good job.

• A genuinely varied portfolio of projects rather than one long-term job where you're doing the same thing day in, day out
• Hybrid working with a base in central Manchester (three days a week)

• Up to 72,000 basic salary plus car allowance

If you're proactive, commercially sharp, and used to running several live schemes at once, you'll fit in well.

They're open to people from rail, construction, or general infrastructure backgrounds and are happy to look at strong QSs who feel ready to make that step up into a senior role.
