Creative Scotland is seeking a Crew Manager for the Oban Lesbian+ Weekend, responsible for recruiting and supporting volunteers, managing crew timetables, and leading the crew during the festival.
The ideal candidate has festival/event management experience and an understanding of LGBTQ+ women’s communities. This role offers £13.50 per hour, plus accommodation at the event and festival ticket.
