We are seeking a Forex Trader to collaborate within our company capital allocation program, trading company-owned capital within a structured, performance-based framework.
This is a commission-only collaboration, ideal for disciplined traders seeking to apply professional risk management principles and scale performance within an educational, institutional-style environment.
Responsibilities- Execute within a live smart-account structure that mirrors internal company capital allocations.
- Apply rules-based Forex execution with a focus on consistency, discipline, and precision.
- Operate within strict daily and overall drawdown parameters:
- Minimum daily performance target: +1% (no cap).
- Maximum daily loss: –2%.
- Overall drawdown cut-off: –5% (probation reset if breached).
- Maintain a consistency score of 15, ensuring stable performance without oversized daily results.
- Record and verify performance via independent analytics (FX Blue, MyFXBook, or equivalent).
- Participate in internal reviews and educational strategy sessions to refine execution.
- Contribute verified results that inform the firm’s broader educational and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience operating in Forex markets (majors, minors, or related instruments).
- Demonstrated risk control and adherence to disciplined trade management.
- Experience using performance analytics platforms (MyFXBook, FX Blue, or similar).
