Qualifications and Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial services.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
- Proven experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
- Extensive experience in financial services, including funds or investment structures.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior teams and multiple engagements.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing engagement profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience working within regulated environments, ideally with JFSC-regulated entities.
