As an Operation Leader you will support the Customer Experience Manager in optimising the delivery of clinical application training by achieving the Daily operations.

Responsibilities- Working daily with all stakeholders (Project managers, Service team, Account Managers, Customers...) to ensure customer training is scheduled accordingly
- Drive Backlog Execution
- Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions [FVR (timely submission & safeguard quality), Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys.)]
- Support Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets (includes customer-related activities, development and mentoring)
- Assist with events at our Academies
- Working with the marketing team to create Educational promotional material
- Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality General Managers & management
- Preparation of Internal & External Quality Audits and ensure compliance of quality regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Use critical thinking to help teams resolve issues and define solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to help build effective processes
- Previous experience in Resource planning
