£200,000 - £240,000 per year

Myn empowers top recruiters to build and grow their own businesses — with no upfront costs, no limits, and up to 85% of fees kept. We’re building an accelerated network of recruiters, growing at a rate of ten new recruiters each month. Our AI‑powered platform cuts out CV screening, so you spend more time with clients and closing deals, and less time doing admin.

• Keep up to 85% of the revenue you generate.
• Full funded contractor book – Compliance, payrolling and timesheets.
• Access to our ATS, CRM System and full back‑office support.
• We provide you with various AI sourcing tools including our bespoke platform that delivers live candidates that have been pre‑screened.
• Bespoke business development campaigns so you can acquire the clients you need to meet your goals.
• Earn 50% commission on roles you sell to the network.
• Enrolment in the Myn Training Academy.

• 3+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the Energy & Renewables industry.
• Passion for business development and winning new clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
• Clients you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
