As Senior HR Officer the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in the provision of the full range of Human Resource (HR) duties across all departments within the organisation.

• Contribute to the provision of a quality human resource service, ensuring the required standards of service are delivered to the organisation.
• Providing operational HR support across departments
• Delivering a quality HR service that meets company time and quality targets
• Offering coaching and support to line management and staff
• Handling employee relations matters

Relevant 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD

• Minimum of five years’ experience working in a generalist HR role
• Previous experience in dealing with complex employee relations matters
• Previous experience in providing coaching support to line management and staff
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and flexible/ Teamwork skills
• Good analytical, planning and organizing skills
• Results focused, with ability to work on own initiative
• Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office

• Experience with in an engineering manufacturing environment
• Experience in using PAMS and North Time Pro
