The Opportunity:
Cpl is actively recruiting for a Senior HR Officer to join a world class manufacturing business based in County Antrim. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to take the next step in their career with a thriving business at a time of continued growth. Your new role:
As Senior HR Officer the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in the provision of the full range of Human Resource (HR) duties across all departments within the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to the provision of a quality human resource service, ensuring the required standards of service are delivered to the organisation. Providing operational HR support across departments Delivering a quality HR service that meets company time and quality targets Offering coaching and support to line management and staff Handling employee relations matters
Essential Criteria :
Relevant 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD
Qualification:
Minimum of five years experience working in a generalist HR role Previous experience in dealing with complex employee relations matters Previous experience in providing coaching support to line management and staff Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Up to date knowledge of employment legislation Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills Adaptable and flexible/ Teamwork skills
Good analytical , planning and organizing skills Results focused, with ability to work on own initiative Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office Desirable Criteria:
Experience with in an engineering manufacturing environment Experience in using PAMS and North Time Pro Your reward:
