The Principal Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and drive meaningful business growth. As a senior product leader, you will combine strong product fundamentals with modern tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI and large language models, to accelerate discovery, sharpen decision making, and unlock new sources of customer value.

The ideal candidate brings deep product expertise, works effectively across cross‑functional teams, and is passionate about building innovative, high‑impact products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in executive‑level discussions and decisions, representing the voice of the product and customer.
  • Lead the development and execution of long‑term product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into products and internal workflows, ensuring responsible, ethical, and high‑impact implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the product landscape and share industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable product opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Leverage generative AI tools and rapid prototyping technologies to explore solutions, validate hypotheses, and accelerate insight generation during discovery.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, making data‑driven decisions to improve the product.
  • Define product features and user stories, ensuring they are well‑documented and communicated to the development team.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Continuously improve the product management process and Agile methodologies used by the team.
  • Be accountable for delivering product improvements on time, in alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—development, UI/UX design, marketing, and sales—to ensure product requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the product development process.
  • Create content for product marketing such as intro videos for new features/products, how‑to articles, user guides, and product update material intended for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management at a senior level with a proven track record of successfully delivering products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product management teams.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar, and the ability to apply them effectively to problem‑solving, analysis, or product development workflows.
