Role
Customer Onboarding Manager for a leading EdTech SaaS company. Fully remote (UK based). You will own the onboarding process for multiple schools at any given time, and support coordinating data migration and training schedules.
Base pay rangeThis range is provided by Oliver Bernard. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Own the onboarding process for multiple schools at any given time
- Coordinate data migration activities
- Coordinate and schedule customer training
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure customer success metrics are achieved
- Software as a service (SaaS) – essential
- Experience with CRMs and ability to interpret data for schools
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets and related tools
- Experience in EdTech – desirable
Duration:
Initial 6 months
Location:
Fully remote (UK based only)
