Tektora is recruiting a SC-cleared Splunk Core Consultant to support a defence consultancy delivering data and analytics platforms across secure government programmes. This role offers exposure to complex environments, hands‑on delivery, and close collaboration with engineering and operational teams.

The position includes regular client travel and on-site work within secure settings.

• Configure and support Splunk Core platforms across secure client environments
• Build dashboards, alerts, and reports aligned to operational and security requirements
• Manage data onboarding, parsing, and field extractions
• Assist with platform troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimisation
• Work closely with clients to understand use cases and deliver practical, scalable solutions
• Maintain high standards of documentation and secure delivery

• Active SC clearance
• Proven experience with Splunk Core in production environments
• Background working in secure or regulated sectors
• Strong technical foundations across Linux, infrastructure, and networking
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites

• Splunk certifications
• Exposure to SIEM, monitoring, or security analytics
• Experience working within defence or public‑sector programmes
