This is an outstanding opportunity to join CDIO as an IT Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of highly technical and complex outcomes. Your work will be crucial in ensuring we meet our ambitious goals and continue to provide world-class services.
Key Responsibilitie
- :
The end-to-end delivery of one or more medium-to-large IT projects - .Production management of end-to-end IT delivery plans and status reports
- .Identification, management and escalation of IT risks, issues and dependencies
- .Raising, monitoring and challenging commercials / costs across all delivery teams and commercially engaged delivery partners
- .Financial forecasting and tracking of all project expenditur
- eBuilding and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships in order to achieve successful outcomes for the business
- .Applying your experience / understanding of both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies in a Delivery Management setting
- .Line management of Associate IT Delivery Managers
- .Coaching team members, CDIO and HMRC stakeholders in Agile or Delivery Managemen
- tBeing an active member of the Delivery Manager community
- .Using variety of team forming, norming and storming techniques to build self-sufficient and empowered teams
- .Creating a team environment that fosters success and self-organisation
- .Working closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers or project managers collaboratively to ensure delivery of the products is aligned with the project scope, requirements, and timeline constraint
