Responsibilities
Map out complex concepts, user journeys, and mental models to ensure our future solutions speak the user’s language.
Evaluate existing landscapes, ecosystem content, and competitor spaces to identify opportunities and systemic challenges.
Co-create low‑fidelity prototypes, concepts, and assumptions to test with users and validate project direction.
What You Bring- A proven track record in digital content design, UX writing, or systems thinking—specifically within early‑stage discovery or research phases.
- The ability to turn ambiguity and messy data into clear, structured, and actionable user insights.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in cross‑functional workshops (mapping, ideation, and priority‑setting).
- A passion for accessibility, inclusion, and plain language from day one.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, a process that may take a minimum of ten weeks.
