Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-established local law firm in Carrickfergus to assist with the search for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing team.
The JobYou will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a conveyancing practice, working closely with solicitors on a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in conveyancing who enjoys working in a client-focused, fast-paced legal environment.

Package/Benefits- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Open to full-time or part-time working hours
- Monday to Friday working pattern

- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team
- Prepare, amend and manage conveyancing documentation and correspondence
- Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, counsel and third parties
- Manage diaries, appointments and key completion and exchange deadlines
- Handle telephone enquiries and provide updates to clients where appropriate
- Maintain accurate file management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and confidentiality requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary
- Previous experience within a conveyancing or property law environment is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a busy solicitor and wider team
- Professional, dependable and detail-focused
