We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson to assist with the general day to day maintenance of the properties within the Trust. This will include basic plumbing, joinery, general D.I.Y etc.

• General D.I.Y and repairs/installations at the properties (including broken glass and damaged woodwork repairs)
• Gardening Maintenance/Cutting grass, fence and gate repairs
• External cleaning and general maintenance (cleaning guttering etc)
• Moving items to and from various sites/services as required
• Completing all paperwork and risk assessments
• Any other duties within this post

• You must have a valid driving license.
• Experience in a similar General Handyperson role is essential.
