What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of five
- Managing goods inand goods outwith high accuracy
- Arranging direct-to-site deliveriesusing in‑house vehicles and drivers
- Reviewing and improving the new Quality Controlfunction with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager
- Maintaining strong stock accuracy and reporting through Inflow WMS
- Driving continuous improvement and organisation within the stores area
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and high housekeeping standards
- Coaching and developing staff to raise performance
