What were looking for proven experience leading cross-functional digital teams (as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent). strong knowledge of delivery flow, using tools like cumulative flow diagrams, throughput and WIP measures. confidence working with senior stakeholders, while staying close to day-to-day delivery. a collaborative, servant-leader style: motivated by helping teams succeed rather than directing from a distance.
