The Sterling Choice is seeking a Process Development Technologist to oversee product development from concept to launch. This position involves managing projects, planning factory trials, and collaborating with Operations, Technical, and NPD teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, particularly in bakery, and enjoy working on the factory floor to see projects through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with an active product development pipeline.
