We’re building a high-growth B2B platform and are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to own demand generation, performance marketing, and — critically —
how marketing spend is deployed, tracked, and optimised
.
This is a senior, commercially accountable role for someone who has managed significant budgets
, understands ROI at a granular level, and is comfortable operating where marketing meets finance
.

The role:
You’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, including:
- Accountability for £50k–£250k+ monthly marketing budgets
- Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Linked In and emerging channels
- Budget allocation, CAC control, and ROI optimisation
- Deciding where money is spent and why
- Working closely with leadership on growth forecasts and performance
- Clear, finance-grade reporting on spend, efficiency, and results
This is not a brand-only role.
This is performance, spend ownership, and commercial responsibility

Who this role is for:
You’re likely someone who:
- Has 6–10+ years experience in senior marketing roles
- Has personally been accountable for £1m+ annual marketing spend
- Has worked in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth B2B
- Is confident discussing spend with founders, CFOs, and finance teams
- Understands not just campaigns — but how spend flows through a business
- Thinks in CAC, LTV, payback periods, and efficiency

- How spend is tracked
- Where money leaks — and how to fix it
