Since then we’ve rapidly grown to service over 20,000 Subscribers and have an ambitious goal of becoming the UK’s biggest Collagen brand in the next 24 months. Born out of our Founder Alex Philip’s frustration with overpriced, low‑quality collagen supplements for his mother, Elavate delivers a superior, affordable product that actually works and tastes great.
We’re quickly becoming one of the most recognised Collagen brands on social media in the UK and are just getting started. This is a career‑defining opportunity to join a high‑growth supplement brand with massive upside potential.
- Fully in charge of ideating, scripting and briefing new ad concepts based on data inside our Meta Ad Account.
- Monitor competitor ad creatives, platform‑specific best practices and ad‑account performance trends to create new ad creative ideas.
- Understand our customers’ language and pain points, creating brand‑new angles/messaging styles that speak directly to that customer avatar.
- Iterate winning ad creatives at scale to produce dozens of hook, body and avatar variations.
- Fully manage end‑to‑end production of performance creative assets, including sourcing creators, briefing editors, revising and optimising content.
- Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand Elavate’s reach through new platforms, content formats and audience segments.
- Build and maintain a library of high‑performing creative assets to streamline production processes.
- Opportunity to build and lead a creative team as the company scales.
- Achieve set CPA & volume targets (performance bonuses tied to over‑performance).
- Efficient delivery of creative assets at scale that meet or exceed our advertising goals.
- Strong copywriting skills, ideally in a direct‑response style.
- Marketing first principles: understanding what motivates purchase behaviour.
- A creative mind to brief visual hook ideas and video‑editing styles that grab attention.
- Data‑driven: ability to pore over reports, analytics and dashboards to guide decisions.
- Leveraging AI tools to help brief hook and ad‑copy ideas and come up with new concepts.
- Project management & clear communication with relevant stakeholders (video editors, creators, etc.).
- 2+ years managing the full UGC production process for a health/supplement D2C brand.
- Managed creative production for a brand spending over £200k/month on paid‑social advertising with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of paid‑media platforms (Meta specifically).
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to inform and optimise creative decisions.
- Basic Figma/Canva experience to create static ads is a plus.
- A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus.
