Social Media Manager & UGC Creator

Block Book is where creators get paid instantly for their content. Brands launch Sparks (creative challenges), and everyday creators remix, post, and earn for engagement. We’re building the future of content rewards — fun, authentic, and creator-first.

We’re looking for a social-first creator with a strong online presence to help run our socials, grow our community, and represent Block Book through authentic content.

What You’ll Do

• Create and appear in short-form videos, memes, and community updates.
• Run our social accounts: posting daily, engaging with comments, duets, and stitches.
• Creator outreach: scout and connect with new creators, help them get started on Block Book.
• Community engagement: keep conversations alive, spotlight creators, and foster a fun vibe.
• Trendspotting: jump on audios, memes, and viral formats before they peak.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong personal social presence (Tik Tok, IG, or X).
• Confident creating and appearing in video content.
• Skilled with short-form editing tools (Cap Cut, Canva, InShot, etc.).
• Socially savvy — know how to connect, hype, and grow communities.
• Organised, creative, and ambitious to grow with a fast-moving startup.
