The overall governance and strategic direction of Agewell alongside the Senior Management Team.

To develop the organization’s aims, objectives and goals in accordance with our governing documents and legal and regulatory guidelines.

As we strengthen and diversify our Board, we are particularly seeking new trustees with expertise in the following areas:

• Human Resources
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Social Enterprise & Business Development

These skills are essential to support Agewell’s continued growth, ensure we remain a supportive and effective employer, enhance our visibility and engagement within the community, and explore sustainable income-generating opportunities.
