Salary: Up to £35,000 OTE

Hours: Full-time — Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am – 4:00pm

Work Location: Office-based (city centre — parking provided)

Remarkable Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and busy estate agency managing over 2,000 homes across Reading. We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team in Central Reading. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role suits someone organised, customer‑focused, and motivated to succeed in a busy office environment.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting landlords and tenants through the lettings process. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey while contributing to the continued success of a thriving branch.

• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to landlords
• Negotiate offers and progress tenancies through to completion
• Manage a high volume of enquiries in a busy office
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

• Must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a property, sales, or customer‑facing role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and target‑driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment

• Lettings or estate agency experience
• Knowledge of the Reading property market

• Professional and personable with excellent customer service skills
• Resilient, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a positive attitude
