Acorn Supervisor; Clothing Team at Acorn Enterprises Ltd

We are recruiting for an experienced, confident and proactive supervisor with a passion for fashion, shoes and accessories to help lead our clothing team.

• plan and organise daily tasks for and clients.
• oversee the sorting of incoming clothing donations, training others on what is suitable for retail sale
• identify and train others to recognise designer/high-end items for designer racks or pop-up sales.
• instruct and support staff, volunteers and clients to sort, price, restock, and maintain the clothing area and shop floor.
• help organise and run pop-up shops at Acorn.
• lead on pricing enquiries with customers/at the tills and deal with customer enquiries/complaints.
• identify any safeguarding issues and report to appropriate manager.
