We’re looking for a Sales Lead - Out of Home to own the UK OOH strategy and execution from day one
, with complete autonomy to grow food service, wholesale, and convenience channels.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the UK Out of Home sales strategy across food service, wholesale, and convenience
- Open and grow key customer accounts, from national wholesalers to independent operators
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with distributors and key accounts
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape brand positioning and go-to-market approach in the UK
- Track and report on performance, using insights to optimise growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in Out of Home sales within FMCG, ideally food & drink
- Strong network across food service, wholesale, and convenience channels
- Commercially driven with a hunter mentality and a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and building from the ground up
- Excited by the idea of taking a challenger brand from market entry to household name
