As they enter an exciting new phase of expansion, the business is investing heavily in its commercial capabilities and scaling its sales organisation to meet growing global demand.

The Role 1. New Business – Retail & B2B Digital Commerce

This role will focus on opening doors within the retail and/or B2B digital commerce space. You will identify, engage, and convert ambitious brands looking to accelerate their ecommerce performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will position the agency’s full suite of digital commerce capabilities to solve complex commercial challenges and drive measurable growth.

2. Partnerships & Alliances

This role will focus on developing relationships with new and strategically relevant partners. You will identify complementary organisations, platforms, and technology providers, building partnerships that expand market reach, create joint opportunities, and strengthen the agency’s ecosystem.

Both roles require a proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunity, and turning conversations into long‑term value.

The Person
  • A genuine passion for selling within the digital and ecommerce landscape
  • A strong and consistent track record of success in sales across both products and services
  • Experience in consultative, solution‑led selling
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
