Deal Origination Consultant

Sustain Insurance Brokers is a purpose-driven commercial insurance brokerage supporting organisations committed to strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles. We provide tailored insurance solutions and champion the value of responsible business practices across the insurance market.

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Deal Origination Team. This part-time position is well suited to candidates seeking a role that fits around school hours or other personal commitments. You will engage cold prospects by phone, assess their insurance needs and arrange introductions for our advisory team.

• Lead Generation: Engage proactively with targeted businesses through outbound calling to create interest in Sustain Insurance Brokers’ services.
• Data & Insight Capture: Record key information on prospects, including existing insurance arrangements and renewal processes.
• Relationship Development: Build rapport with prospects to support long-term engagement and reinforce Sustain’s position as a trusted advisor.
• Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Operations to refine outreach activity and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

• Previous experience in lead generation
• Strong working knowledge ofHub Spot /CRM and confidence using digital tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organise and comfortable working independently.
• Confident when speaking with decision-makers and managing objections.
• Commitment to supporting a purpose-driven organisation.
