Metropolitan Thames Valley is looking for a leader for the West Region Progression and So Flexi team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all sales processes are delivered efficiently while managing a diverse set of KPIs.
Your role will involve close collaboration with Regional Heads of Sale and a variety of stakeholders to enhance team performance. You must have experience in Lettings and Shared Ownership property sales and the ability to lead effectively within a fast-paced environment.
