Sales Representative - Gloucestershire £35,000-£45,000 Basic Salary  Uncapped OTE | Company Car | Permanent Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next opportunity? A leading independent company within the powered access and equipment hire industry is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join its growing team, based from its Gloucester branch and covering Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business where you'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, build strong customer relationships and be rewarded with uncapped earning potential . The Opportunity You'll take ownership of your territory, developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business. You'll be responsible for building your pipeline, developing your customer network and maximising commercial opportunities across your area.

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Generate new business and identify sales opportunities. Respond to customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales. Manage and grow your territory. Build relationships with key decision-makers and end users. Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. What we're looking for We're looking for a driven, commercially minded and results-focused salesperson who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.

You'll ideally have:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role. A strong track record of developing customer relationships. Experience selling to businesses, end users or within a B2B environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. The ambition to develop and succeed within a growing business.

Experience with in powered access, plant hire, construction, equipment hire or a related sector would be advantageous, but is not essential. Full product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate. What's on offer? £35,000-£45,000 basic salary , depending on experience. Uncapped OTE through monthly bonus and commission. Company car. Annual depot-based bonus. Company pension scheme. Comprehensive initial and ongoing training.
