Plains Area Mental Health, Inc. is a Community Mental Health Center with 10 locations in Northwest Iowa. PAMHC is seeking a full-time Psychologist based out of our Carroll location. Travel to our satellite offices is required. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Anticipated start for this position is July of 2025. This position will provide assessments through observation, testing, and interviewing to provide diagnostic clarifications to support interventions for clients in achieving mental wellness and maximum functioning.
Pay Range:
$94,000.00 up to $ depending on experience

Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioningDiagnosing and developing treatment plans and recommendationsMaintaining accurate and confidential client recordsCollaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive careRefer clients for treatment of psychological disorders as warranted and appropriateKeeps current on testing and diagnostic related material, rules, and practicesOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Valid Iowa licensure to practice as an Independent Doctor of PsychologyOne-Two years’ experience in conducting assessments in an outpatient settingValid Driver’s License and InsurancePreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual a plus, but not required
