New Hope is seeking a QIDP to join its leadership team at the New Hope Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/) in Carroll, IA. The QIDP will coordinate service design and support for about 18 adults with intellectual disabilities, acting as the person’s advocate and liaison with families and funding agencies.
The role requires a 4-year degree in a human services field or RN, strong organizational and communication abilities, and at least one year of related experience.
