Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd shift

Location:

Carroll, IA

Pay Range: $19.50/hr 2nd shift
3rd shift - $20.00/hr

2nd Shift (2:00 p.m.

- 10:00 p.m.), 3rd Shift (10:00 p.m.

- 6:00 a.m.)

What's the Job?

Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
Make machine adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for manufacturing processes.
Understand and follow quality testing techniques to maintain product standards.
Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring instruments.
Must be comfortable with Math
-Decimals

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required; entry-level position.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery.
Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
