• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with wound care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

• Active Iowa LPN license (or willing to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
