Guest Experience Lead at McDonald’s is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a welcoming guest experience and supporting the restaurant team.

• Lead the guest experience:
  Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
• Provide solutions:
  Handle guest concerns and resolve them to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team:
  Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Promote promotions and app features:
  Share insights about McDonald’s promotions and the Mobile Order & Pay features
