Full time with open availability on evenings and weekends

• Opening and closing the store, including handling cash transactions and ensuring security protocols are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Keeping the store clean and organized
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
• Executing store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation

• Prior experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for thrift shopping and sustainable fashion
