What You’ll Do

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer-obsessed, using loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: operate POS systems, tablets, headsets and promotions to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a customer focus
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipments, knowledge of products, and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

Position Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented and achievement focused
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
