Cabinet Design & Sales Consultant – Cabinets, Flooring & Interior Products

Location: Carroll Iowa

Carpet One Floor & Home is a 3rd generation locally owned, trusted leader in flooring, tile, and home remodeling. We specialize in flooring of all types, showers, countertops, and cabinets— delivering complete home transformations from the floor up. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Design Consultant to join our team.
Experience with cabinet design and sales is a must
, as this position will play a key role in helping customers design their dream kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

• Work directly with customers to design and sell cabinets, countertops, and flooring.
• Prepare design layouts, quotes, and material selections.
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and the project management team.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across flooring, tile, and cabinet lines.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

• Experience with cabinet design or sales required (flooring/tile experience a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer and design software skills (20/20 or similar a plus).
• Team player with a positive attitude.
