OutsideSales Representative
Your mission is to drive profitable revenue that meets or exceeds company expectations by renting and selling new and used ag and construction equipment through building and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. This is an opportunity to bring your entrepreneur spirit alive and build B2B relationships with area leaders, supported by an organization that is committed to serving our team, our customers, and our community.
Responsibilities- Use CRM database, market knowledge, and passive marketing leads to identify, cultivate, and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly agendas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territory.
- Work with 7:30 am to 5:00 pm store hours; must be available outside of normal hours.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and gain trust in the marketplace.
- 3 years’ success as an Inside or Outside Sales Rep in related industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license; proficiency in outside sales experience preferred.

Work EnvironmentField (80%) and office (20%) environment, exposure to varied weather conditions, use of standard office equipment.
TravelLocal day travel routine; occasional overnight travel expected.
