Graduate assistants will assist with the following:

• Office administration (act as point of contact to office guests and assist with various administrative tasks) (30%)
• Tutoring students in accounting (40%)
• Perform special projects (10%)
• Support student-related activities (10%)
• Other duties as assigned (10%)

• Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program ase note:
  Students admitted provisionally are not eligible for assistantship positions.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework.
• Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States.
• Possess strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Display strong writing and grammar skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Enrolled in a Richards College graduate program

Monthly stipend of $1,000

Reduced graduate tuition rate of $25 plus mandatory fees

• Work is predominantly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
• Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
