How will you power what's possible?
The Commission Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the Operations Finance Shared Services team, supporting both commissions and the extended Shared Finance team s responsibilities. This role will partner closely with commercial stakeholders to execute commission initiatives and provide financial insights that drive business results. The analyst will develop a strong understanding of Southwire's products, channels, customers, and systems, enabling effective collaboration with commercial leaders as a trusted business partner.
In addition, the role will provide general support to financial and commercial leadership, with a focus on:
- Streamlining and automating reporting processes
- Delivering insightful financial and operational analysis
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvement
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
Specialized Degree:
Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis or Information Systems

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics or information systems required. CFA, CPA or MBA a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with excellent organizational skills, keen focus on details, proven ability to meet tight deadlines and to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and computer skills required. Excel super user (pivot tables, VLookups, macros, ability to manage large amounts of data). High level proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
