Physician​/Cardiology - Invasive​/Ohio​/Locum tenens​/Locum Tenens : Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician

Job Overview: We are seeking a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for a locum tenens position near Carrollton, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to join an established cardiology team on an inpatient basis with on-call responsibilities. Position Details:

• Practice Setting: Inpatient with scheduled call
• Shift Schedule: 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
• On-Call Requirements: Evening call from 4:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.; weekend call coverage 1-2 weekends per month
• Patient Demographic: Adults, ages 18 and up
• Average Daily Admissions: Variable, inpatient only

Qualifications Required:

• Certification: Board Certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
• Licensure: Ohio state license (or willingness to obtain)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Procedures and Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures, including:
  • Treadmill and Chemical Stress Tests
  • Electrical Cardioversions
  • Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
  • Standard Echocardiography and EKGs
  • MRI/CT Reads (if applicable)
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation
• Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to provide high-quality care for inpatient cases
