The Hospitality Associate (HA) acts as the liaison between patient, Food and Nutrition Services, and Nursing Services. The HA attends to all patient requests for meals, nourishment and snacks. Responsibilities include obtaining patient meal orders, accurate menu modification, meal delivery and effective communication with patient services manager, nursing, dietitian and production staff as needed. The HA also cleans and sanitizes the meal service areas.
