Carrollton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a FT Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities- Reviews patient chart to determine what preventive or maintenance care is required and assist provider in the provision of care
- Documents patient visits including medical history, surgical history, current medications, assessment, treatment and plan as specified by the provider
- Prepares and administers immunizations, medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Serves as a patient advocate
- Offers patient education, as recommended by the physician
- A current RN license
- Experienced RNs and New Graduates welcome!
- Ability to work independently in patient homes and exercise sound clinical judgment. Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with mobile technology and EMR systems
- Clinical assessment & decision-making
- Professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Time management and adaptability
