Registered Nurse

Carrollton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a FT Registered Nurse.

• Reviews patient chart to determine what preventive or maintenance care is required and assist provider in the provision of care
• Documents patient visits including medical history, surgical history, current medications, assessment, treatment and plan as specified by the provider
• Prepares and administers immunizations, medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Serves as a patient advocate
• Offers patient education, as recommended by the physician

• A current RN license
• Experienced RNs and New Graduates welcome!
• Ability to work independently in patient homes and exercise sound clinical judgment. Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with mobile technology and EMR systems
