You will be compensated with a wage of $40,000-$55,000/year

You will be responsible for opening our office at 8:50 am and ensuring all doors are locked at 5 pm daily.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants as you answer phone calls and emails, always providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are directed to the appropriate team member. Your role will also involve working leads to find the right renters for our properties.

You will be hands-on, placing signs and lockboxes on published homes, reviewing upcoming move-in dates, completing move-in inspections, and coordinating key pickups with new tenants. You will be at the forefront of our leasing efforts, actively contributing to the growth and success of our real estate portfolio.
