Retail Associate – Donor Door Greeter

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers – Carrollton, GA

Part‑time position averaging 20‑25 hours per week.

Location:

1301 South Park St, Carrollton, GA.

Flexible schedule: any shifts Monday through Sunday, depending on business needs.

• Greet donors quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service.
• Receive donated goods from donors by unloading vehicles and carrying in donated items.
• Provide receipts to donors and maintain accurate donation records using a hand‑held device.
• Organize donations into bins as they are brought in for accurate processing.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the work area neat and clean.
• Assist truck drivers when loading and unloading donations.
• Work other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

You will be hired as a Retail Associate – Donor Door Greeter, but will be cross‑trained and expected to learn and work all areas of the retail operation.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.
• Average math skills.
• Ability to use a hand‑held electronic device.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service‑related environment; preferred.
• Warehouse experience, preferred.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
