Print & Mail Operations Specialist

The Print & Mail Operations Specialist works in both Mail Services and Print Services, helping wherever the workload is greatest. This is a hands-on position that includes sorting and delivering mail and packages, helping customers at the postal counter, preparing outgoing and bulk mail, operating mailing equipment, and assisting with print finishing, inserting, addressing, packing, fulfillment, and deliveries.

The employee will be trained in the day-to-day operations of Mail Services and will also help Print Services with production and mailing-related work as needed. Some days may be spent mostly in Mail Services, while other days may involve more Print production hand work depending on deadlines, staffing, and workload. This position involves regular standing, lifting, moving packages and mail trays, loading and unloading vehicles, and making deliveries on campus and throughout the surrounding area, including Metro Atlanta.
